As a nod to this sunrise, our own Starry Night cocktail shifts from blue to purple, as our bartender pours it in your glass. It artfully blends Joseph Cartron Crème de Pêche, Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup, Lemon and Egg White ($22) and is available every Friday and Saturday night in Champagne Bar.
